Four steps, no waiting rooms
Nothing to figure out on your own. From the first message to a standing appointment, every step is explained before you take it — and the whole of it happens over secure video.

Step 01
Schedule online
Start with a short request through the site — just enough for us to understand what's bringing you in. There's no long intake form to work through before a person has actually spoken with you.
You'll hear back within one business day with available times and clear pricing before anything is confirmed. Nothing is booked until you've seen both and decided to go ahead.

Step 02
Complete your evaluation
Your first appointment is deliberately long — about an hour — because the first conversation is where the real work of diagnosis begins. You join by secure video from a private space of your choosing.
We go through what's been happening and for how long, your sleep, health and family history, what you've already tried, and what you'd like to be different. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is named until the whole picture makes sense to both of us.

Step 03
Receive your treatment plan
By the end of that first visit you'll have a diagnosis explained in plain language, not a label handed over without context. We talk through the options together, including what happens if medication isn't the right answer for you.
You leave with a written summary and clear next steps, and with room for every question that comes up once you've had time to think it over.

Step 04
Ongoing virtual follow-ups
Follow-up visits are typically 25 to 30 minutes, scheduled around work and family. We review how things have been going, side effects and tolerability, sleep and functioning, and adjust the plan in conversation rather than on a fixed calendar.
Prescriptions stay current, refills are handled between visits when needed, and direct messaging covers the small things that come up in the weeks between appointments.
Before your first visit
A few small things to have ready
None of it needs to be perfect. These just make the hour easier to settle into.
-
A private, quiet space
Somewhere you won't be overheard and can speak freely for the length of the visit.
-
A device with a camera and microphone
A phone, tablet or computer is enough — there is no app to install.
-
A stable internet connection
Good enough for video. Headphones help if your space isn't perfectly quiet.
-
A list of current medications
Including doses, plus any supplements or anything else you take regularly.
-
Any past records you'd like to share
Earlier evaluations, notes or history — helpful, never required.
Privacy and security
Every visit happens over secure, encrypted video — no app to install and no waiting room. You join from a private link, in a space you choose.
Everything you share is confidential and protected by the same laws that cover an in-person office. Records are stored securely and never shared without your written permission, except in the specific safety situations the law requires.
